However, we cannot guarantee specific results, such as a boost in website traffic or sales, and we are not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of our Services. This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the jurisdiction where Nebuela Marketing operates, without considering its conflict of law principles. Any disputes that arise from this Agreement will be settled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
